Weredemon

He was only a were-creature, but he still had more power than the average animal. He had been traveling in demon form so that his progress was unimpeded by minor threats. Just outside the sight of the town's sentries, he transformed to human.

Here are the shapeshifter classes as I see them:

Were-creatures get to pick any of a limited number of forms.
Anthromorphs get to choose any combination of a limited number of forms.
Shapeshifters can be anything that weighs whatever they do.
Doppelgangers can be anything. They're often mistaken for ghosts, since a large massless form will pass through walls.

I know these names are entirely arbitrary and not what everyone else applies, but "everyone else" isn't part of my world.
