how do you prove we exist?
we can think, so we must exist
at some level
whether as mere simulations in a big computer
or with absolute free will
and if we exist
then whatever we can interact with exists
like knives or guns
or walls or emotions
simulated or real they exist if we do
but existence is nothing
if we don't care
without a dream the world is lead on the
spirit
Vivi is the black mage you get to run around with in Final Fantasy IX. His whole theme is Sorrow -- "How do you prove that you exist? Maybe we don't exist..."
Yeah... I wrote a poem to an imaginary character. (shrug)
