Put the mouse pointer (the arrow) over the image and hold the mouse button down. When the menu pops up, choose "Save Image As..." from the popup menu and save it somewhere on your hard disk. Remember where you saved it! Then, log in to edit your Web page. Most providers have a File Manager with some upload boxes. These boxes look like a text box and have a "Browse..." button next to them. If you can't find these boxes in the File Manager, look for an "Upload Files..." link somewhere.
Once you find the boxes, click the "Browse..." button and find where you saved the image. Then click the "Submit" or "Upload Files" button (or whatever button happens to be there).
