To enforce their policy of not using webspace to store large files, any non-HTML file on FreeServers must be linked to from a FreeServers HTML page. If your page links to my graphic, FreeServers will tell the browser that it can't have the image, and it will not show up. Since I went to all the trouble of creating them, and you're going to all the trouble of putting it on your page, it would just make sense to have it displayable.
